Arflu secured an order for Rock Cavern Project

Arflu has recently secured an order for several 48” class 150 # Dual Expanding Plug valves for a prestigious Rock Cavern Project. These are some of the largest Dual Expanding Plug valves ever manufactured and it is already Arflu´s fourth order for ultra large-size (36” and above) Dual Expanding Plug valves this year, which consolidates Arflu as a market leader for this valve type.
Dual Expanding Plug valves – also called DBB plug valves – are specifically designed for DBB and DIB service and guarantee drop-tight sealing both upstream and downstream. Their unique design eliminates wear and tear due to the contactless rotation of the plug and extends the valve service life considerably. It is the ideal valve for oil terminals, metering skids and jet-fuel hydrant systems.
